Meet Lili
Hi, I’m Lili — a mom of two boys who truly understands what your body and mind can go through during and after pregnancy.
Originally from South Africa, I completed my Master’s degree in Physiotherapy in Germany, where I specialized in women’s health, pelvic floor therapy, and pre- and postnatal fitness. While I’m not a registered physiotherapist in Canada, I bring over 10 years of professional experience, along with extensive education and hands-on work supporting women just like you.
But more importantly — I’ve lived it.
I’ve experienced miscarriage, a traumatic birth, and also a fast, intense delivery. I’ve dealt with tearing, postpartum depression, significant weight changes, the emotional challenges of breastfeeding, incontinence, and long-term diastasis recti. I know how overwhelming, isolating, and confusing this phase of life can feel.
And I also know this: not everything has a clear “how-to” guide. Some things take time, patience, and support to heal. But others — like incontinence — can absolutely be improved and even fixed.
When I moved to Canada, I was surprised by how many moms believed that leaking when they laugh, sneeze, or move is just “part of motherhood.”
It’s not.
You don’t have to live with it, and you don’t need expensive devices or complicated solutions.
What you do need is the right guidance, a structured approach, and consistency — and that’s exactly what I’m here to provide.
My programs are built from a combination of professional expertise, research, and real-life experience — designed to support you in a practical, realistic, and empowering way.
You deserve to feel strong, confident, and in control of your body again.
