During pregnancy, your pelvic floor carries an incredible amount of strain, and childbirth can leave it feeling weakened and out of balance. Without the right kind of guided recovery, this can lead to challenges such as pelvic organ prolapse or bladder and bowel control issues. In fact, many women experience some level of urinary incontinence after giving birth—something that is far more common than most people talk about.
That’s why postpartum recovery is so important—not just physically, but for your overall sense of confidence and well-being.
This program is not about “bouncing back,” getting a flat stomach, or working toward a six-pack. That’s not the goal here. Instead, the focus is on helping you feel strong, supported, and in control of your body again by:
- Gently restoring your posture and helping your body move comfortably again
- Teaching you simple, effective movement patterns you can use in everyday life (like lifting, carrying, and caring for your baby)
- Reconnecting with and safely strengthening your core muscles
- Building awareness and strength in your pelvic floor
