Your Pelvic Floor Is More Than Kegels
Maybe you leak when you sneeze.
Maybe jumping requires a bathroom plan.
Maybe you've been doing Kegels for years but aren't even sure whether you're doing them correctly.
Or perhaps you don't have symptoms at all and simply want to better understand and train your pelvic floor.
This class takes pelvic floor training beyond “squeeze and hold.”
You'll learn how your pelvic floor works and how breathing, relaxation, coordination, strength and movement all fit together.

What to Expect From Pelvic Floor Education at Cochrane Mama
This is an education-and-exercise-based class.
You won't simply receive a list of Kegels.
We'll start by building awareness and understanding, then gradually incorporate the pelvic floor into movement and exercise.
My goal is for you to leave knowing more about your body than when you arrived.
Because ultimately, your pelvic floor needs to work when you're living your life — not only when you're lying on a mat thinking about it.
This 8-week course includes one 60-minute session per week.
Who Is Pelvic Floor Training For?
Pelvic floor training can be relevant at many stages of life — not only immediately after childbirth.
This class may be suitable if you want to improve pelvic floor awareness, learn correct training principles, or incorporate pelvic floor training into your fitness routine.
If you're experiencing persistent leakage, pelvic pain, heaviness/bulging, difficulty emptying your bladder or bowel, or other concerning symptoms, an individualized assessment with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional is recommended.
Sneeze. Laugh. Jump. No worries. ♡
